A 4-week, paid, hands-on restoration learning experience for 16- to 18-year-olds from the Rogue Valley.

Program Dates: June 15 – July 9, 2026 (4 weeks)

Pay: $16/hr

Eligibility: Current Seniors (Class of 2026) or Juniors (Class of 2027). Incoming Juniors (Class of 2028) may also apply but must be at least 16 years old by start of program.

Using the Ashland Watershed and surrounding natural areas as outdoor classrooms, you’ll work on a variety of stewardship projects, build valuable job skills, and learn about career paths in ecology and natural resources.
