Connie O’Henley
Grants & Contracts Administrator
As Grants & Contracts Administrator, Connie O’Henley manages the flow of communication between the program and finance departments to ensure efficient use and reconciliation of grants, contracts, and agreements, keeping teams on track to do their best work.
Connie joined the Lomakatsi team in November 2022 with more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit management, including building small nonprofits, managing a performing arts organization, and serving as Executive Director of the nonprofit formerly known as Central Coast Salmon Enhancement, now Creek Lands Conservation. She attended California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and majored in Agricultural Business Management.
In her position with Lomakatsi, Connie values serving as the link between teams that bolsters overall organizational success, assisting with the development, tracking, and reporting of various revenue sources, and supporting team operations to align with the scope of agreements.
She is passionate about working to make a difference in caring for our environment and embraces the need and opportunity to coexist as landowners, wildlife, community members, natural resources, lands, and water. Her favorite part of the job is being a part of a team with an inclusive mission and learning about southern Oregon and northern California through the grants that fuel restoration work across the landscape. Outside of work, Connie enjoys fishing, hunting, and being outdoors with her husband, two sons, and three German shorthairs.
